Hi and help!

Hi to every member. I am a newbie and need some assistance. I am converting my garage into a living area. In order to do this I need to change the current door setting due to the low tracks of my garage door. I have heard that there is such thing as a "follow the roof line tracks". How can I do this, where do I get the materials and what is involved in this process?

If anyone can assist I will be grateful for ever!

Welcome to the site. Gotta tell you that the folks on here are going to have a problem with the following statement.

Goes against all we stand for here. Now, if you were asking how to convert part of your kitchen and master bedroom into more garage space, we would be all over helping you.
If you really are going to convert it to living area, why not take the tracks out all together?

Although if you look through some of the garages here, they look more like living space than the typical garage storage rooms full of junk.
