Hi all, been lurking here for years, finally just created an account to contribute.

My wife and I are a few months away from moving into our new home in Southern NH... couldn't be more excited. We'll have a 3 car with 12' ceilings. Hoping to seal/expoy the floor - I have lots of planning to do in regards to storage/lighting, etc but this is the perfect place to start planning on spending my money

Welcome glnh31. Awesome looking garage.

Forgive my ignorance, but what are the concrete forms with the circle in the middle? I only ask because they seem to be right in the way of the garage door openings?

Thank you everyone. I'll take some more pictures as we get further along. Rough-ins start in a few weeks.

Welcome. That is one hell of a beam you have there. What are the dimensions?

Good eyes!

The concrete forms are ends for our driveway culvert(s). Our builder didn't want to buy them (pricey) so he had them made while they were pouring the slab for the garage. I attached a photo of the example.

And the beam I believe is 3, 1 3/4"x24" LVL. We were supposed to have a single column right in the middle of where that is, we opted for an upgrade to get rid of it. It's huge, he said it weights 1200#.
