I just found out about this site from Shoeboxford.com, and I'm embarassed -- I've been on the HAMB board for years, but didn't know this site existed until now. I'm a graybeard (literally) who retired from the computer racket after some forty-plus years. I've got four cars and only a two-car garage up here in the snow belt, so I'm thinking of adding another garage out back. The cars are a family driver '04 Chevy S10, an in-process '49 Ford coupe, a finished '40 Chevy two-door, and what I call "my roadster", which is really just a '27 T body, 4 wheels & tires, and a tube axle/4-bars setup for the front. I plan to whip up a frame for it this spring. The garage is attached but uninsulated, the floor is bare concrete, two cars wide, but the door is only about 1-1/2 cars wide. I've got a lot of woodworking tools stashed along one side that I drag out now and then, so I really need all the ideas I can get from this site to bring my working space up to something I'll be happy with.
