Just want to put a little bit about myself out there so I can get a feel for the board. I am a prior military construction mechanic that works in a building on my old base as a civilian. I got a job doing what I did in the military, but, because of my skills as the organizational guru and parts finder ended up doing what I love best: dealing with tools and tech manuals for the shop. Ok, actually, I love finding parts the most. Most women like to shop, apparently my specialty is shopping for parts. I did work at an International dealer as a parts counter person after I left the military. Now, I do much more and support my Seabees at the same time. My purpose on the website is to find out what some of the more unusual tools I am finding in my toolroom are. Some of them have been there since the base was built I think. I want to post pics of the tools I can't identify and hope to have someone help me figure them out. I learn fast! Give me a chance!
