Found this site looking for information on how tall a door for an RV garage and I bet you folks can put me on the right track for lots more info!
We've been living off grid in Baja Mexico for twenty years. Car registration hassles led us to South Dakota and we ended up buying property. First had a rental and just unloaded that beast! We also bought an acre + just outside Hot Springs, that's where I'm writing this from.
We have an Alaskan camper on a 7.3 and want to leave it up here under covered parking but that's really hard to find! So now looking at getting a metal garage put up. The property has a well and electric. Researching for septic tells us we are on a lot of rock! First question is pole barn, framed, or a metal kit. I don't see us being here in winter so insulation isn't an issue. We'll probably get a trailer to replace the camper.... getting harder to crawl over the wife at night!
