How do I delete a thread I created?

For example a classified ad where the item is no longer available or needed. Normally you can delete threads that you create. I dont see that option. Does my ad just stay on here forever?

Just post the link to the thread you want deleted & a mod will be along later & take care of it for you.

you cannot delete an original post on here. use the report post function and ask for it to be deleted

Edit your original initial post with PLEASE DELETE and why. Then click REPORT and state "OP has requested thread be deleted."

Just edit the body of your post, deleting everything, and replace with "sold" or what ever is applicable.
