They told me to use spray silicon grease and that works about 2 weeks until it evaporates. I take white lithium grease straight from a 14oz grease gun and spread it up and down with my fingers. Seems to work good. I just don't ever recall having to do it at a shop I used to work at. Never had any issues at all with those doors getting hung up etc.
EDIT: Lets clear up some confusion here. You guys aren't using the correct terminology. Roll up doors roll up around a barrel. Overhead doors ride on rails which have individual little wheels and also stay overhead up in the air when raised up. It doesn't actually roll up, it just raises up overhead.
