Hey gang. I live outside San Antonio, but am here because we have 12ac in Charlotte that I plan on retiring on. A key element of that is a big shop. Still very preliminary in the planning right now, but I need a "clean shop" / hangout gunsmithing / secure area that will be climate controlled etc, a "dirty shop" where working on cars, welding, media blasting, painting and all the stuff will take place, and finally a covered area that will double as covered parking (hail stones, yo) and a sports court where we can play basketball, pickleball, badminton and other sports with a net.
Before most of that fun stuff happens though, it'll be used for a staging area for a small home build. Going with ICF most likely, need a place to store the blocks and other materials etc.
Anyway, lot to learn and I'm looking forward to it!
