We purchased a Hunter Hawkeye Elite Alignment System. We have had numerous problems with aligning large Chevrolet Trucks. The Hunter guy keeps telling us to pull the truck off and put it back on. This seems a little ridiculous to me. Anyone else have problems or suggestions to how to alleviate these problems.

Thanks
P

you need the extensions for the truck mounted sensors and we have to close the bay doors on either side of the alignment bay. We also have to turn the heat blower off with large vehicles and when they are on the top stop of the lift.

Something about the temp and light affect the ability of the machine to "see" what it needs to see.

If someone blocks a sensor for more than a passing walk, we then have to "re-roll" the vehicle and start the process over.

Environment is really important to these new machines.
