house furnace has a time of day it likes to have power problems to the relay unit or what ever for the fan but its at 6amish and no other time so its hard for the furnace guy to pin point the problem .
next is the fire place nat gas insert it was installed early November and by early jan needed a main control board . they come 24-36hr's later and verify it and 7 days latter i got a new board unit . but for a week i had to use supplement heat 110volt oil heater = crazy bill pay .
now the same unit has developed a squeak in the blower fan on start up / random when running / and shut down . so yet again i need to call Monday and B!TCH for another warranty claim . . . also this unit has a smart start function but over 1/2 the time it lights off with a BOOM and scares the **** out of you or if sleeping wakes you up . yet the installer / service guy said they recommend you run it full pilot light NOT smart pilot . but doing this gives off a nasty smell and defetes the function of a pilot light smart system .
then a vent free nat gas heater in the 2nd fam room area was installed and we did a good burn in cycle and it still stinks up the house with smell and we cant use it . i can deal with a lot of smells but even this one is bad . they come out and said its normal and no adjustment required. i even emailed the company and they told me in a nice way to go pound salt ...
so if this was one of you what would you do ?

so the fireplace insert got a new blower fan under warranty no charge the other day . less than 36hr's later its squeeky again . turn the speed knob up/down and the squeek changes speed to match .
called the manf and they told me deal with the seller / installer . i asked if there was maybe a bad batch of blower fans he wouldnt say .
this company just seems to want my money and not make the customer happy in the after sale . yes its under warranty but how many times is to much and time for a new unit or refund ? ? ?
total so far :
1 main ecu control
1 adjustment to fan unit less than 12hr later made more noise than before
1 new fan unit less than 48hr later squeeking
ready to call in for a 2nd fan unit . . . . .
so what do you guys think ?
