Thank you. I spaced them up 3/8" and used 1/4 x 3 3/4" tapcons on the ICF walls. (Used 1 5/8 GRKs on furred wall.) Pre drilled back plates. All in. Plumber scheduled for Friday.

Not sure these show much. Plumber started, so some pipe laid in. I'll take a few after it's plumbed, including zone pump.
I keep wondering if I should have done a mini-split but we don't really need AC here, and it gets below zero often enough (or has), and I think this all in will be around $1500 ($750 for baseboard and guessing $750 -1000 for plumbers). (Plus no baseboard and shoe mould to buy, install, and paint!) My sense was mini split would be in the $5000 range and still use resistance coils for cold spells. Plus I think they're not attractive and are not as silent as hot water baseboard.

Well up and running. Some trouble with the cast fitting on top of the pump but nothing that couldn't be fixed for more money. You can see first zone pump and where dhw tank was under it.

Good job.I like the Webstone on top of pump #1...use them all the time. I hope it works out and that your wife and you are warm enough.

Thank you. All the plumbers, and they're not even very old! I diy most things but not crazy about plumbing, so quite happy I've found a good plumber I can trust and count on.
The decision to use dummy enclosures and keep all the piping easily accessed looks better now. For around $300, all piping done at once in 3 or so hours, no base board or shoe, no painting, and it looks uniform. Almost surprised it's not more common.

Yeah, and they're young enough that they should still be working for as long as I'm around!
