I need help heating my shed

I am new here and need some good advice. I have a 40x48x14 in a Michigan climate. I bought a Reznor in-fared heater. It has 75,000 Btu and I have 40 feet of pipe. I had it run for 3 hours and it might of climb 5 degrees or so. I also had the chill of with a salamader heater. The last 2 sections don't seem to bevery hot and don't put the heat out like the first two. Also it seems like there is to much flow through the pipes and needs something in the last one to slow it down. The last pipe however does have baffles in it. Should I sell this and get a hanging heater, if so what BTU should I get and what brand and where? Sorry a lot of ? but I need some help.

I would suggest a hanging gas heater of 150,00 btu, Menards carries them, Beacon-Morris brand for about $950.00. I'm planning on putting one of these in my shop (40' x 50' x 10') in the near future. This should be more than enough to take the chill out of the shop. It also depends on if your shop is insulated and finished. I'm located in central Illinois, my shop is fully finished and insulated, and this heater will be more than enough for my shop !!

Remember Infared Heats Objects Not The Air. As For The Pipe Sections, That Is How Ours Here At Work Are.... The First Two Sections Are Hot And The Last Couple You Really Don't Get Much Heat Out Of. I Think That's Normal.

For The Infared You Really Need It On All The Time To Keep It A Constant Temp... It's Not Going To Heat It Up Real Quick.

Ideally Keep The Infared And Get A Hanging Furnace To Warm Up When You Need To.

My Dad Has A Pole Building With Infared That Is Left On Like 45 Degrees All The Time, Then When He Goes To Work... He Has An Old Forced Air Furnace He Kicks On.
