I have this IBM doe #99000B 11/32 - 3/8. It is made in japan and marked as such. I really have no interest in anything Japanese and figure someone might have an interest I don't share.
I'll pass this on for the cost of postage.
It is mostly polished but the transition area between the beam and the heads shows pretty crude attention to detail. Otherwise it looks like it's spent it's life in a tool grip, which it has, at least since I've had it (probably 20 years). It measures in at about 4 1/2". The picture looks purple but it is normal chrome color.
