ideas on a 40x60x12?

I'm thinking of building a new shop in the next year or so, rent ***** and too much stuff to keep in the home garage. I would appreciate a site that has various layouts. I do metal fabrication as a hobby and I am hotrodding a '37 ford pickup so lots of open space is required. Any ideas would help greatly!
