In regards to tyre changing machine

Hi guys, I am new to the group, I have a tyre machine which has 4 leads coming from it 2 red 1 black and a earth lead I was told that is a 3 phase machine but I was wondering if I could wire it up to work from a 3 pin plug for my mobile van, any help would be great il try n upload some photos of the wiring. The UK has a 230/400 Volt system. Any 3 phase is 400V. It wouldn't be compatible to a mobile van (without the proper generator)
Is it hooked up somewhere?

The 400V 3Ø is the deal breaker, unless it could be reconnected for 230V 3Ø & a VFD could be wired in that accepted a single phase input, the problem is that 240V 3Ø is not common in the 50 hertz world.

He did not, but I suspect his generator is only going to output 230V 50HZ 1Ø.
