Infloor heating electric?

Hello everyone, has anyone tried installing electric infloor heating on a garage floor? similar to true comfort

i'm thinking of trying to have infloor heating installed and then use the Vinyl tile overtop. As i'v read on these forums most are using forced air or infrared heating. Has anyone had any experiances with electric infloor heating? and what are everyones thought and concerns?

Those are great for heating up a bathroom while you are in the shower. Warm things up when you step out and then turn them off when you leave the room.

For something like a garage I think they would also be great - great at draining your bank account...
