Insulating ideas in southwest

I live in socal, Corona to be exact. Weather JUST like phoenix, AZ. Need ideas to insulate /radiate heat out of new metal garage with 12' tall walls.
Very hot dry climate, not planning on heating inside, just cooling, Batt insulation/styrofoam boards, air gap for low heat transfer, ect.

I did blown in cellulose in garage exterior wall and attic above garage.
Worked well and the garage AC units in AZ work well to keep Temps at 75

Radiant barriers work. Needs 1/2-3/4 gap on either side (not both) to work. Aluminum reflects heat. And it does not emit heat. Material in contact with the radiant barrier will conduct heat.

spray foam is hard to beat.

I'll pitch in on Spray foam. Mind you closed cell can act as a vapor barrier and help on controlling humidity. Open cell significantly cheaper.

You can go slightly cheaper with a "flash and batts" approach. Spray foam for first layer, add on of batts insulation after. It is the current plan for barn in Central Texas.

3,100 SQ ft. 16ft ceilings with another 3-4 ft above the trusses to the roof deck. The whole thing is foamed about 6" thick. I am in AZ and can keep the shop side hovering around 82 when it's 110 outside for about 50 bucks a month. I just bump it way down before I go out to work but leave it in the low 80s all the time just so that tools, material and things don't get to hot.

I don't know how this works on a metal building. Only ever built stick stuff, so sorry I just realized this might not apply.
