Introducing myself to the board!

Hello everyone my name is Frank. I just found this site a couple of weeks ago and have been looking around gathering info for my garage build.This site is a dream come true. I am building a 24 x 28 garage with attic space above via attic trusses. Most of the framing is done with the exception of a few more studs on the front wall, the last truss being set into place and the framing in of the gable end trusses for windows. We built the front wall last to make it easier to get the trusses all the way to the back of the garage. The framing should be done in the next week or so then it will be on to roofing and siding. Once I have everything dried in I will build the stairwell leading to the attic. I have chosen a Raynor garage door with a 13.08 R- value. The door is on order and should be here in around three weeks, now I just need to get my siding ordered.

Welcome aboard Frank. I like the extra space those attic trusses created. I wish I had that kind of upstairs space.
