I bought an older 60 gallon air compressor a while back and at first it was working good but all of a sudden while it was running the motor kept spinning but the compressor stopped causing the belt to melt and break. So I replaced the belt and the motor turned but the pump pulley did not. So I changed oil, still nothing. I am able to turn pum pulley by hand so I pulled the line going from pump to tank and then it worked fine. Hooked the line back up, it built pressure to about 60 psi and then the pump pulley stopped spinning again so I had to shut it off to prevent burning the belt.can still turn pulley by hand but has alot of compression. Could someone point me in the right direction please
