Hello all. I would like to know what this type of Clamp was used for. The head of the Clamp bolt is rounded not flat like most C Clamps. Thanks.

I believe that the swivel foot is missing from the screw.

Yep. the foot is missing. It looks like a machinist clamp. They are heavier duty than woodworking clamps.

Not really. You may be able to get a replacement. Or you can use it to press dimples into things...

Thanks ssdave. Hopefully I can get a swivel and stop using the clamp as a tool draw weight :)
