KBS Coatings - urethane on garage floor

has anyone tried this stuff on their garage floor? I've used it on car frames and other parts and, for those applications, it's indestructible. They *say* it is a great concrete sealer and floor protectant, too.

Seems like another moisture curing urethane. Legacy industrial Is a vendor on here and is always around which also sells a similar product. As far as I have looked into it you can use it as a stand alone concrete sealer or as a top coat for epoxy.
