Picked up this toolbox yesterday at a garage sale. no clue about the age. Keys are missing, it's unlocked. there were a couple of tools in there too. For $50 I couldn't resist.

That's every penny it's worth so there is no resale.
It's a nice box to use.
I have far too many kennedy boxes, but I'd have paid fifty for that.
Check the casters to make sure it hasn't bent the bottom of the box. If it has, fix it. They get very tippy if it's bent in even a little.

This is a keeper, so I don't really care if there is no resale value to make profit. I have been looking for similar sized toolboxesfor a while and most of what I found was $300+. So I am really happy with this.

Not sure why people are claiming no resale value. In this area, people would be all over that at a price where you make a bit. Not a 700-800 toolbox, but easily a couple hundred.

This morning the same kind of toolbox showed up on local CL. The pain is in better shape, but that's pretty much it. The guy's asking $350.

got the same setup about 5 years ago at a pawn shop, except mine is the traditional brown wrinkle finish and I paid $100.

Nice find, the 'gold country' CL often has good stuff, but unless its a screaming deal and I know its being held for me, I'm not driving from Sacramento for it.
