King Electric Garage Heater Problem

I have a newly installed King Electric 7500W Model GH2407TB. In the first 5 hours operation it would start, then hiccup at 30 seconds and than run fine. Now it will only start if temp dial is rotated all the way to high.Still hiccups at 30 second mark, Runs for 5-7 minutes than shuts down. Will not restart for next 15 minutes. Than will start and repeat same hiccup and 5-7 minute run.Switching between hi/low= no difference in shutting down condition.

Projects are stalled until I can get shop warm

Installed per manual
All clearances correct
Unit is clean inside/out
No tripping of breaker
Checked all internal wiring -connections tight
Garage ambient temp 48 degrees

Have an email into tech support waiting for response.
Anyone experience this condition or have any sugg on diagnosis.
