Blue handled (hard wire) Klein 9" linesman pliers. Good cutting surfaces, not damaged, tight and smooth. Surface rust/discoloration, but not bad; a bit of time in vinegar or evaporust would clean them right up.
These are the pliers that all the others compare themselves to. Get the real thing for less than the wanna-bees.
