That looks very similar to the version sold at Oreillys (west coast auto parts chain) which has a regular price of slightly over $5. I picked up one with a $5 coupon from last months sweepstakes, which was really a hot deal.
Given equal prices, I would much rather have a Kobalt branded tool. A single no-hassle exchange on a broken ratchet moved them a few notches up on my list.
