Danaher era. Not that great IMO. Also IMO the 72t Taiwan rats are better.

Danaher ratchets. They're pretty terrible. When Kobalt dropped them and went to Taiwan, the ratchets actually got better.

The US Kobalts from the era before those are the ones to get excited over (Williams).

How can you tell if the ratchet is from the Williams time line? I got mine in about 2006.

In my experience, about 95% (not exaggerating) of the US Kobalt ratchets you find for sale are Danaher because no one wants to sell the Williams.

Okay mine is Danaher then. I think 2006 I got mine, so that is 8 years traveling the country with it. No complaints yet, the ratchet still works.

That looks just like my blue point ratchets. Blue points are taiwan afaik.

Only the handle is similar. These are made in the USA by Williams/Snap On and each one of them has a Snap On date code.

Sounds like they went all out when they first started to offer their own line to build a good reputation.
