Kobalt / VacMaster Wall Shop Vac

I have a Kobalt shop vac I got several years ago>

It's been a great little vac, but they discontinued it and I've no longer been able to find filters.
Fast fwd a few years and yesterday I was at Costco and they are selling the same product branded as VacMaster. Neither VacMaster or Costco is showing the product on their website.

Hopefully will be able to order filters through them.

Stumbled on this at Northern site, followed the #'s at Lowes- not in stores but can be ordered-showed available if correct parts. Assume you found these leads also-but just incase. A lot of items that get tweaked for a store brand usually wont show on mfgs site.

"Hi Duane, the Vacmaster VCFS cartridge filter measures 7 1/8" wide, 7" deep with a 5 7/8" opening. This will not fit your Kobalt vacuum. The filter for your KWM508 is only available through Lowes. The cartridge filter's item# is 141369. If you need the dust collection bag, it's item# 141379. I hope this helps."

that vac seems to be sold under alot of different brands in the US, but their Canadian Arm Duravac, has it listed on their site.

It also seems to use their standard filter. (i highly doubt Lowes would pay for the additional tooling to make a different filter for their vac)
