Not to hijack the thread but this is my first leatherman tool, the thing I like about it is the replaceable wire cutter blades in the pliers. I am currently in a stage where I work that I'm pulling a ton of low voltage cable and this makes it a piece of cake to snip wire after pulling it through with electrical tape. I've used the Phillips head driver and the flat head screwdriver. It's very light and unnoticeable on my belt carry next to my mag lite.

When I orginally posted it was exactly as pictured, brand new w/ sheath.
A 12 dollar difference is a 40% increase...c'mon dude, learn some math
