Also, try not screwing in the bulbs so tight.
Did you know that there is a correct way to screw a light bulb in? No joke!
First, the center tab should have some spring to it - it should be bent up at about a 30 degree angle - if not, use a hook tool to pull it out.
Then, turn the power on when screwing in the new bulb. Once the bulb lights, turn another 1/8th turn or so and STOP. You just need a slight tension on the tab.
99% of the time, the bulb is screwed in until the center tab is smashed flat inside the socket. It can't do its job when it is flat against the bottom, and this also leads to the bulb being overtightened in the socket.
On older sockets, I use a 1/4" wide strip of fine emery paper over the rubber eraser on a wooden pencil to first clean up the center tab, before I pry it up to where it is supposed to be.
Try this and see if it helps any.
