Lindstrom Precision Screwdrivers

I was on the Lindstrom tools website and seen these Screwdrivers but they say Europe only. Now the question. How do I get them or is there anyone on here willing to get them for me? Thanks, G

their reg. size screw drivers look alot like Belzers, made in germany.

I've had a set in my hands and played with them. My advice would be to save your money and buy a Wiha Picofinish set instead, far better quality than these.

So where are they made?

They are made in Taiwan chaps.

The blades are not centred in the handles so they wobble when turned.

Even have nasty injection moulding bits left over on the handles for comfort

the Wiha picofinish drivers are REALLY nice. more $ than their standard finish hard plastic handle driver but worth it the first time you use one IMO.

Maybe we are not talking about the same ones, but I saw these at the store:

Here are they branded as Bahco instead of Lindstrom (SNA Europe/snapon owns them both) Looks real nice but spanish made and 379 kronor = around 60$ at todays exchange rate!

The Wera Kraftform Micro or the Wiha equivalent are truly the best precision drivers out there; IMHO... buy some, you will not regret it! The steel used and the machining of the tips; truly, fits the tiny screws! The Wera's have truly the best ergonomics on any precison screwdriver I have ever seen or used; the Pico Wiha's seem to be an attempt in this direction as well... you need some German tool goodness!
I use Wera/Wiha on small screw I find on notebooks, hard drives, computers and other high tech related item; I have yet to find a screw I couldn't get out with the Wera's, the handles help you grip these tiny screws, the tips truly fit the heads.... this is crucial on notebooks, as the screws have lock tite applied to the threads!

I realize that we're talking about screwdrivers now ; I thought the thread was about pliers all this time.
I've only associated Lindstrom with their precision pliers.

Yes the Wera's are good too. I just didn't find the handle shape as comfortable as the Wiha PicoFinish. Apart from that, no complaints at all, great little screwdrivers.
