Line2Line Coatings *BEWARE*

We sent a customers pistons to be coated to Line2Line, when we recieved them back the postions we damaged beyond repair. Cost of pistons $1600.00, Line2Line would only reimburse 1/2 the coat of the coating $140.00. Line2Line did not insure the package (UPS) and therefore UPS would only pay $100.00 (standard fee). There was also nothing stating that they would not be insured or that there was an optional insurance. We asked Line2Line to pay for at least 1/2 of the cost of the pistons since we would need to provide new ones to our customer, They refused. In our opinion this is a horible business practice. We will NEVER use them again or ever recommend them to any of our customers. BEWARE As a business we realize it could have been UPS fault but Line2Line should have insured the postions or asked us if we wanted to at an additional charge. Now as a very small family owned business we are out $2000.00 thanks to their lack of customer satifaction.
