Linoleum on Cement Slab

I'm remodeling my sunroom, turning it into a 4 seasons room. I have linoleum for the room (purchased last fall before the renovation was needed) and it has been sitting in my basement....in the way. I will be using these subfloor panels once I get money together to finish covering the floor (I just bought enough to figure out how many I would need) http://www.homedepot.com/p/DRIcore-...spen-Subfloor-Panel-CDGNUS750024024/202268752

Do I have to worry about condensation under the linoleum when it is directly on the cement slab? If so, can I put a sheet of plastic under it and keep the moisture off the lenoleum?

Early this spring when the ground was frozen, we got a week of rain and water got in my sunroom. It ruined the 1/4" plywood subfloor I put in last fall and my pine board walls. Water was in the room for a while before realizing it because we were just using it for storage since we couldn't keep it heated (3 walls of single pain windows). The boards ends had mold starting on them. So, I'm going to be doing some landscaping, resealing the layer of block around the sunroom to hopefully prevent water from getting in again. But if it were to get in, this subfloor system will prevent water damage.

I just wanted to check to see if I have to worry about the concrete slab sweating and causing the lino to mold on the bottom.
