So I was thinking last night that I have WAY too many projects going on right now. Here's a list off the top of my head:

1- Renovating my 1/2 bath
2- Building built-in cabinet / entertainment center for my family room
3- Renovating my laundry room
4- Building a welding table / work station
5- Cleaning up my '54 Ford frame for paint this summer
6- Continuing effort to seal all the air leaks in the house
7- Continuing effort to replace all light switches and receptacles in the house.
8. Prep the lawn mower, etc. for landscape season
9. (Pending) Build new patio steps (current ones are rotten)
10. (Pending) Build a shed for lawn equipment
11. (Pending) Build garage cabinets to replace current ones.
12. (Pending) Get vegetable garden prepped and planted

So let's see how other's compare - list your in-progress projects as well as your current backlog.

I started writing my list, but it's so ridiculously long and depressing and overwhelming (and all must be done by me) that I had to stop! ha ha. By the time I'm done, I'll have to go back to the start of the list and fix those things again.

I have a list of stuff on the bulletin board in the garage. I have started to buy materials for the outside of the garage.

The current project is parting out a '94 Ford Lightning for a buddy.

1. Start on the re-roof of our house. This is actually the start of a huge project, redoing the whole outside of our house. The interior is actually colonial, with the way I have done all the mouldings etc. The outside will be more Georgian style, with a lot of architectural details. It all starts with a number of changes to the roof line - wish me luck, because I'm crazy

2. Continue completion of the 'stang (this summer I hope)

3. Patch up the truck (my gas guzzling durango) and milk it for as long as I can suffer with the gas milage, before getting something more economical

4. Make some stained glass inserts, for the windows, I'll be replacing, during the exterior renos.

5. Think about another car project, because I have two boys, (my youngest is supposed to be finishing his contract with the Army late this summer) and I don't want them fighting over one car lol

1: Sell the house, its been on the market for three years and five months and we've dropped the price from£399,000 to £250,000 so far.
2: Find a new house if 1 is successful

3: Finish sorting out all the little issues on my new blazer (brakes, abs problems, coolant change, gearbox and axle oil change)

4: Fit new engine wiring loom, refit carb, test fire and time up the engine in my 67 C10, then replace all the brake lines front to back and fit the power booster setup I have sat on a shelf for it and then in for a teast.

5: Renovate the ride on mower I was given for my parents place in France, needs the electrics sorting out, everything pulling and greasing, new tyres on the front and the deck welding up.

6: My house in France, where do I start? This year's list includes plastering two of the side walls in our bedroom, finishing mudding the drywall in the boys bedroom and bathroom and paint both rooms, plus the usual outside stuff keeping 3 acres of extremely fertile french countryside from turning into a jungle. More rodent-proofing the walls down in the ground floor. Plus the usual annual maintenance stuff like painting etc.

The garage here is a lost cause, way too small for all the **** in it and nowhere else to put the stuff that ain't mine. We are going to look at a house on saturday that has some fantastic outbuildings including one that I've earmarked as a garage, 36' x 20' in brick mostly two story, with a 15' x 9' 10" tin garage then another brick building 23' x 18' then a 30' x 15' brick and block single story stock shed, another brick former shippon with five animal stalls all set around a yard and a dutch barn with another big lean to fodder shed, all in nine acres. House is a four bedroom grade II listed farmhouse red brick and part timber (oak) framed needs renovating throughout and the grade II listing makes that a bit more complex as the outside at least is considered as a historic building so permits etc are more stringent and take a lot longer to get. We may also be restricted in terms of any extensions we may want to build on.

Not busy at all me..........
