I've had a circa 1950 3-ton Walker floor Model 867F for about 20 years and it has performed faithfully and flawlessly. I was recently using this workhorse for a purpose that it was not designed for. And without going into the gory details - I snapped one of the four Custom Bolts that hold the Piston housing to the Jack frame. I need to replace it because without it whenever I now put a load on the Jack it twists on me.
I took the opposite side bolt out and have taken a picture which I attached here. The bolt has a 7/8 inch hex head, is 1 and 1/2 inches long with 1/2 inch of of 5/8 National Fine Thread. There is a Shoulder on the top of the bolt where it fits into the Jack Frame.
If anyone can give me a lead on where to get a replacement - I would be grateful. email: [email protected] As you can guess I am fond of this Jack and I'm gonna get it fixed even if I have to go to a machine shop to get one made.
