Hi folks,
I am putting up a 30x44 storage building. The concrete was poured 2 weeks ago and I am looking for suggestions to seal up the concrete to keep oil, water and stains out of the concrete. The building will be for storing our boat, the tractor implements and the tractor. I have a shop with a lift for working on my vehicles. Boat will be used weekly, tractor gets used about twice a month, so not really much traffic. About once a year I will be servicing the tractor and boat motors. I put down an epoxy coating in my shop, but I don't want to spend that much money on the flooring in this building. I have been to the web sites of several of the vendors on this site, but I didn't feel I got a clear understanding of their products and the differences between them. Also, the concrete folks cut grooves in the slab, with a saw, so they are fairly narrow. I would like to seal them up to prevent water from getting in them, freezing and busting up the concrete in the winter. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you,
