Hi, I figure this is the place to ask questions and get ideas.
Due to a recent unplanned move, I have to start to set up a new workshop. I have to figure out where to locate all my different shop equipment, (welding/metal fab, auto mechanics, and also woodworking) I have to fit this all into a 32’ x 48’ pole barn with 12’ ceiling. I currently have all the woodworking stuff spread out throughout the pole barn. Most of the welding/mechanical stuff was crammed in 20’ x 20’ garage at the house I lost.
I was looking for some general guidelines. When I get my ideas all together I was actually going to draw it out in AutoCAD, Inventor or UG (I am an unemployed automotive designer) with the computer you can switch stuff around easy peasy.
