This looks like an epoxy floor in the typical Tuxedo look with a top coat, hopefully and aliphatic urethane. A base layer of epoxy is installed, full broadcast of chips, the loose ones are then removed and then a top coat is applied (way simplified)

I would private message Legacy industrial or I believe it is DCS about pricing and availability. They have a lot of knowledge, can walk you through the prep and you will have an outstanding floor. JUST TAKE YOUR TIME AND DO IT RIGHT

i know its a US thing but i really like it its just the money since its a big area

As Justin mentioned...
Prep as require, Primer Coat and allow to cure, Base Coat and broadcast chips to rejection.
Next day, knock down any high flake with a squeegee and vac off the loose flakes.
Add a top coat of clear polyaspartic or urethane.

Figure 5-7 sq ft per pound of flake.

I would think so.
Have to google for epoxy suppliers in your area.
Perhaps an installer will sell you the materials.
