They’re $52 on eBay with free shipping. $66 is not a deal, you can’t compare it to full retail not-in-a-kit-or-deal price

If your buy online, no matter if Amazon or eBay, make sure they are returnable. When you get them, check the date code. I've bought enough consumable items online cheap just to find out the item is not so new but NOS and the date is closer to expiration than that you want to accept.
