Magnets and florescent lights, any issues?

OK, so I am in the middle of putting up steel ceiling panels. My shope is 24X40 with the ribs of the panels going the long way. My current plan is to do three long rows of lights (6 4' twin bulbs each row) with the center row on the walk-through switch.

But I know others have said this is not going to be the lighting layout that I am going to be happy with/want. So, here is my question. Can I stick the lights up with magnets to the steel ceiling? Im thinking 3 or 4 of those little rare-earth guys per light would be more than enough. But will it cause any issues for the lights or the ballast?

None that I'm aware of, but gravity may have a say in the matter. Would use a lot more magnets and save bulbs and fixture from the impact.
