I've long been a fan of HF's manual hose reels. They're simple and affordable.
I've had my 2 since 2003 and they've been great. Recently one started leaking at the swivel and I knew from one previous repair (ironically when it was new - likely hasty assembly at the factory) the cheap HF o-ring asst would save me.
I pulled the snap ring on the end, removed both o-rings (screwdriver indicates one of two o-ring locations), reinstalled the "R09" from the kit, light coat of grease and put it back together. I'm likely good for another 12 years.
