Mbc tool box

I recently came into owning a 1940 (or so I'm told) mbc tool box. I don't have any knowledge about these nor do I know what their worth, could someone please advise?

It's a grey seven drawer box the locks center drawer three bottom drawers have handles on front and the rest just have lips.

MBC is Metal Box & Cabinet Co. They should be good stuff. They made Snap On toolboxes until the late 50s. The first box I bought new was an MBC. The Snap On dealer I dealt with sold them over the Snap On ones for several years until the Snap On quality stabilized
