Mixed up some concrete based floor patch for a 5x5 area over existing concrete. It started out well but then it started to set up quickly and I left some trowel marks
I knocked a few down with a floor scraper within an hour after I poured it. That kind of helped but it's still fairly rough and now it's really hardened. I was going to lay down some floating type 'fake tile' flooring over the area. Any ideas to recover from my poor trowel work? A 2nd coat using floor leveler? Leave it alone and let the floating floor hide my crappy craftsmanship? Grinder? The area is pretty flat - just bumpy...
