My old Big Window Elite has the cheater clips. Looks like the new one does as well
O.K. Great . Thanks for the reply. Appreciate it. I purchased a Harbor freight Arcone about 5 years ago to try it out. Worked O.K. but the internal battery died quite quickly. I took the unit apart and soldered a pair of extension wires and 2 button battery units in there. Works much better now but reaction time is slower than the Speedglas. So think it is time to upgrade.

Sure can’t wait to get me one is all I gonna say. Then my Canadian tire one will be permanently on display over the main bench.
I called Miller today. Rep. was great on phone. Yes the Miller Elite series all have the clip for the cheater lens. He said the 4.0 series has a very clear viewing while welding. It is technology they have been working on. Allows more light to see thru before you weld and much better clarity while welding. The infinity series is identical but has a bigger viewing port thus about $90.00 more than the Elite series. Merry Christmas to me. Thanks for the input.
