I have completely restored and rebuilt my Milwaukee model 40 floor jack. The jack works very good all day with no load. Raises and lowers fine. When I put it under my truck, it will raise to the axle, but won't lift the truck. The fluid level is good. No visible leaks and have tried adjusting the position of the release needle nut. I have also tried bleeding the air several times. I'm out of ideas. Looking for any guidance.

Thanks

Yes sir, every o ring, back up washer, steel ball and gasket. I wondered if I missed anything, but used all the parts. The jack works great with no load.

Not now $#it about jacks, just what I read here, I wonder if your overload is set too low. Tightening one of the screws behind the ball and spring setup might be the answer.
