Sometimes if you have, say, your photo album opened and you are trying to post the pic from it, try closing the application down before going on. I noticed that there are a couple of things that make that pop up. The next time it happens on my end, I'll try to remember what it is and post it here. Usually when it has happened to my, it was something I did and not a site problem.
