Found this box in the cavity under one of the Craftsman tool chests. Thought it was a chassis part. Turns out it is a front coil spring installation tool.
Still in good shape, with its hardware and instruction sheet intact.
Appears it was made for use with a bunch of mid-50s to mid-60s GM products.
My question for you guys is whether this thing was a decent tool for the job, or whether there was something much more effective.
