Morgan Vise CO Chicago 60

I found this device and a junk store today. Cannot seem to find any up-to-date information about it. Most of the ones that I see online simply say Morgan Chicago or Morgan Milwaukee. During what time frame would they have used this lettering? I paid $100 for it. And it must weigh 150 pounds

Handle is missing, but I have some rod that will work.

I've always been a fan of the large Morgans but they rarely appear on CL around my parts.

It's hard to tell from your picture but are the jaws welded on?
