This is not my garage. It is an aquaintance of mine. I did have the pleasure of taking the pictures. I hope he doesn't mind me showing off his garage.

$300k...you could not even get 1/8th acre in northern NJ, and thats with NO house on it.
For example, if you compare what $1mil gets you in NC to what it gets you in NNJ: NC you'll get severa acres with a 3-4000sqrft house. In NNJ $1mil will get you 1/2 acre with a 2k sqrft house, and thats with taxes that are prob 2-3x more than the NC property.
Got to pay to play![]()

Between the inflated prices and 24-hour a day traffic jams would prevent me from moving west. My Uncle paid over $800,000.00 for a small bungalow in Oakland with no garage or lot, that would equate to a $40,000.00 home in most inner cities. I paid as high as $3.69 a gallon for gas when it’s $1.99 at home. It easily took me 3 hours to travel the same distance here in 30 minutes.

I've always liked AZ. Maybe it's in my future.

bmwpower said:Actually our firemen are volunteers and we don't have any policemen so I don't pay for either.
