Need to move my 1350 Macsimizer five blocks, full of tools, smaller top box(3/4 area of bottom).

Have a forklift.

Thinking of making a pallet type structure so don't bend the lower edges and just carrying it down the street.

Discuss, pointers, tips?

Oh and BTW this needs to happen tomorrow as expediently as possible.

and use a chain with pads on it to secure it to the forklift. It would **** if it tipped.

make 2 trips, one with the roller cab and another with the top.

attach some heavy cardboard to the side of the box against the mast, and ratchet strap it to the mast.
slow and easy, watch out for potholes or cracks

I have a tractor with a loader. I moved my KR1000/KR1200 combo four blocks from my house to the shop on my pallet forks. I ran the forks under the boxes and then set blocks on the forks to catch the framework inside of the edges of the box. The only dicey part was that the boxes were way wider and taller than I could see around. So I just swerved the tractor back and forth so I could see what was in front of me. Next time I move the boxes this way I'll hang the mirrors that I've been meaning to hang on the tractor so I can back home.

Call a flatbed tow truck. Easiest way to do it.

Absolutely. I move many every year. Make sure the towing company is properly insured (without slagging my own industry, it's a fact many are not), though. A shiny truck just means they know how to polish. Also, if you have a choice, pick one that's moved loaded rollcabs before.
