Has anyone used Mitsubishi Mr. Slim compact air conditioners in their garages?

Yes, mine works very well so far.
I have one. It is about 15 years old. Split unit.
Compressor is shot in it. Tried to start the compressor manually with a compressor starter had it going for a few minutes then it completely locked up.
Can't complain, it worked great for a long time. It is in my garage. Gosh, I wish it worked it is 110 degrees here.
I am looking into getting a smaller new whole unit. I believe the brand is Yonan or something like that, it has a Toshiba compressor in it. Split unit for $800 cant complain.

I have one - 42,000-BTU "Mr. Slim" A/C-only system, installed three years ago in my 2600 sq. ft. super-insulated garage (44' x 58' x 12'); cools it with no problem at all, and is scary quiet. I'm very happy with it.
